Jar, Lid & Gift-Box Selection
A 25 ml round glass jar provides a compact starting point for a honey gift. Coordinate the honey fill, lid, label and box insert to create the finished presentation.
Assembled Dimensions & Insert Clearance
The jar’s reference dimensions are 40.5 mm overall height with cap and 40 mm body diameter. Size the protective insert around the approved assembled sample, allowing space for easy removal and transit protection.
Small-Jar Labeling
Check the front label at its actual printed size. A lid sticker or outer-box panel provides additional space for your branding and required product information.
Lid & Filling-Process Approval
A metal cap option is available. Confirm the liner, seal and filling-temperature limits for the complete jar-and-lid assembly before production.
Carton Quantities & Glass Protection
The standard carton reference is 280 jars. Gift boxes and protective inserts change the packing volume, so request a separate packing and freight quotation for the finished gift configuration.
Gift Packaging Quotation Requirements
