Information in an inquiry
You may provide your name, company, business email, destination and packaging requirements when contacting us. We use that information to respond, discuss samples and quotations, and manage the resulting business relationship.
How the inquiry form works
Our inquiry form is hosted by Wufoo, a SurveyMonkey service. When you submit it, your contact details, packaging requirements, optional attachments and product/page reference are sent to Wufoo and made available to Gracepack for handling your request. The form may also collect technical information, including an IP address, for security and spam prevention. Please share only files needed to explain your packaging project.
Email and external services
The embedded form loads Wufoo and reCAPTCHA services. Their privacy policies apply to processing by those providers. Email and WhatsApp links open external services. Their handling of information is subject to their own privacy practices. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your initial packaging inquiry.
Website data
This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not intentionally store form entries in cookies or local storage. When hosted, technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the site and maintain its security.
Questions and requests
