Honey Bottle, Cap & Delivered-Cost Review
A honey bottle sourcing project comparing existing-cap compatibility, complete-pack options and delivered cost.
Quotation stage · No production order

Project Requirements
A honey business approached Gracepack for bottles to use with caps already purchased locally. The project required a suitable honey fill size, confirmation of cap fit and a shipping-volume estimate.
Honey Weight & Bottle Capacity
The initial discussion clarified honey net weight and container volume before bottle selection. A weight in grams does not translate directly to the same number of milliliters; the actual honey and fill line determine the required capacity.
Existing Cap Compatibility
The team asked about the existing cap and whether the proposed bottle neck would fit it. Later exchanges compared a bottle-only route with a complete bottle-and-cap route, including a valve-cap option. Similar-looking lids were not treated as proof of compatibility.
Bottle, Closure & Delivery Costs
The quotation compared local consolidation and delivery options alongside bottle and closure costs. Compatibility with the existing cap still required sample testing before approval.
Quotation Outcome
The proposed bottle route exceeded the project budget. The project remained at quotation stage, with no bottle production order confirmed.
Preparing a Bottle & Cap Quotation
Send the target honey net weight, a drawing or sample of any existing cap, the order quantity and destination together. Ask for bottle-only and complete-pack quotations where relevant, and confirm the physical assembly before choosing a route.
Request a Honey Packaging Quote
Send your preferred container, target honey weight, order quantity and destination. Gracepack will confirm product options, sample availability and quotation details.
